From 2020 all the way back, the Bible has played a role in our public life.  In this talk, we will affirm the impulse among American Protestants to view the world through a Biblical lens and so inspire in the nation a Biblically informed conscience.  While affirming that, we’ll talk about ways the Bible can be misused in that endeavor.
