The Leadership and Dialogue Academy (LDA) is a five-day program that seeks to offer high school students the opportunity to thoughtfully explore the complexities of the world and their place in it. The Fran Park Center for Faith and Life recognizes that each teen is uniquely primed to be an influential leader, both in their individual communities and in the world-at-large. The LDA curriculum is designed to inspire students to identify the God-given gifts they have always possessed. Our goal is to assist them in developing those special skills so they may effectively communicate across dividing lines. At the Park Center, we believe that every student’s voice deserves to be heard. Growth happens one conversation at a time.
